INVERSIVE FESTIVAL - Temporäre Festivals als kulturelle Akupunktur und räumliche Strategie

Eine Festival-Idee: Ausgehend von ländlichen Räumen rund um Kiel, zielt das FINDLING-Festival darauf ab, Küstengebiete zu entdecken, (neu) zu gestalten und vorübergehend zu besetzen. Unterschiedliche Mikro-Landschaften dienen als interdisziplinäres ‚Lernfeld‘ sowie „anderen Ort“, von wo sich Zukunftsperspektiven zu sozialen, kulturellen und klimatischen Themen entwickeln lassen. Das Festival gliedert sich in 3 Themenbereiche: Ressource: Ortsbezogene Bauprozesse mit lokal bezogenem Material bilden den Ausgangspunkt der Festival-Situation. Set: Verschiedene (historische und aktuelle) Sichtweisen auf Landschaften, (z.B. leere oder potenzielle Bühnensituationen) werden für Entwürfe von zukünftigem Leben im ländlichen Gebieten verwendet. Mythos: Landschaft als Schrift für blinde Riesen: Lokale Mythen werden zum Bezugspunkt, Basis und Leitfaden für Diskussion, künstlerische Intervention und Performance.

During the festival, participants will work on three topic areas: ressource: Building the FINDLING festival is key part of the process: structures and settings which will frame different actions and formats are being built by the participants of the festival. set: Different views on landscapes, e.g. deserted void or potential stage will be used for the process of generating visions of future living in rural areas. myth: Landschaft als Schrift für blinde Riesen: local myths will be a reference point, base and guide for discussion, artistic intervention and performance.
