Hier entsteht ein Ort des Wohlfühlens, der den Fokus auf die Entspannung und Erholung der Gäst:innen legt. Die Idee ist es, ein Gesundheitsresort zu gestalten, das auf die Wünsche und Pflege der Patient:innen eingeht. Um dies zu gewährleisten, bedarf es ein besonderes Konzept. Örtlich befindet sich das Grundstück direkt am Meer hinter einem Wald. Es ist wissenschaftlich bewiesen, dass Wasser beruhigend auf Menschen wirkt und der Wald gewährleistet die Naturnähe, die die ruhige Atmosphäre unterstützt. Das Gebäude hat zwei Etagen mit einer mittels Rampen zugänglichen Dachlandschaft. Diese teilen sich in die öffentlichen Bereiche im Erdgeschoss und die privaten Einzel- bzw. Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss auf. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus fünf Bereichen, bestehend aus dem Foyer, einem Fitnessbereich mit Übergang in den Wellnessbereich, dem Buffet-Restaurant und die Therapie- und Behandlungsräume.

The idea is to create a health resort that responds to the wishes and care of those who treat them. To ensure this, a special concept is needed. Locally we are situated directly by the sea. Behind the property there is a forest. It has been scientifically proven that water has a calming effect on people and the forest ensures the closeness to nature, which supports the calm atmosphere. The building has two floors with a roofscape accessible by ramps. These are divided into the more public areas on the first floor and the private single or double rooms on the upper floor. The first floor has five areas, consisting of the foyer, the fitness area with transition to the wellness area, the buffet restaurant and the therapy and treatment rooms.
